Delivery Information for customers from Ukraine:

Delivery of orders to customers of Rosita-Sairanen.com (Store) online store is made at the rates of courier service Nova Posta in Ukraine.

After placing an order, the manager of our Store contacts the customer on the details and delivery time. It is possible to receive the purchase by making a delivery to a branch of Nova Poshta ("Нова Пошта").

If there are large-sized items in the order (lighting items or other), the manager contacts the buyer regarding all details and delivery costs.

For orders in Europe:

For orders in Europe: Rosita-Sairanen.com (Store) guarantees the dispatch of products within 3-5 (three to five) working days of the Customer's purchase of the product on the website, or within the other term indicated on the website at the time of purchase, for products currently out of stock.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Customer, delivery is at the option of the sender, namely our Store

For Europe - postal services: DHL, GLS, BRT or FedEx;

For Ukraine - Nova Poshta
